Quarterdeck Information
Once you've been officially enrolled, you'll get an email from the Commanding Officer with your ID number. You'll want to create your online profile with Quarterdeck, our online management system. This is where you'll see your awards, complete coursework and promotion exams, view your ribbons, and look up and apply for trainings.
- Go to quarterdeck.seacadets.org
- Click "First Time User? Click here to register."
- Complete the registration form. Your USNSCC ID will be provided via email by the commanding officer or admin officer
- Once signed in, explore the portal and feel free to start the coursework!
You will also be able to sign up for trainings in this portal. The Parent Portal and cadet portal will need to be linked to sign up for trainings.New parents will be required to do a one-time enrollment into the Parent Portal. This process will include having your cadet’s ID card on hand as the ID number is needed to link to your account. Currently, only the Primary Parent is permitted to register for a Parent Portal. The Primary Parent is the one listed as Parent #1 when the cadet's application was submitted. If we need to change the primary parent, please email training.moffettsquadron@gmail.comThe Primary Parent will then fill out the medical history, medication forms, and acknowledge parental consents and releases as they would in the paper file. Once completed, parents will no longer be required to update the paper NSCADM001 pages 3 and 4 (Medical History) within 30 days of the training, as previously required. This will also allow you to update medical information quickly and efficiently for the home unit and training evolution. Once you complete these forms, you can locate the desired training and click “Apply.” If your cadet meets all of the basic requirements, the application will move to the unit staff for registration. Trainings fill up fast – do not wait to apply.Petty Officer Additional Promotion Requirements
